2. Gravies and Soup Bases - 2 years after, 5 years unopened
3. Extracts - 2 years or longer after opened. Keep in cool, dark place for best flavor. Will not spoil after 2 years, just might lose some flavor.
4. Spices and Peppers - 1-2 years after opening. Will not spoil after 1-2 years, but might be less potent.
5. Seasoning Blends - 1-2 years after opening. Will not spoil after 1-2 years, but might be less potent.
6. Sauces - 2 years after opening
7. Grapeseed Oils - 9 months. After that, toss it, as it might become rancid. (regular olive oil gets rancid in a much shorter time).
