Poppy Seed Bread

BREAD
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Watkins Baking Powder
2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons Watkins Original Grapeseed Oil
1 1/2 to 4 tablespoons Poppy Seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons Watkins Vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons Watkins Almond Extract
1 1/2 teaspoons Watkins Butter Extract
GLAZE
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon Watkins Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon Watkins Almond Extract
1/2 teaspoon Watkins Butter Extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 81/2 x41/2-inch loaf pans.
Combine all bread ingredients in large bowl in order listed above; beat 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 55 minutes or until
toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean.
Meanwhile blend all glaze ingredients in small bowl until smooth. Drizzle over bread while loaves are warm. Makes two loaves.
