This is my own experience with Watkins Linimax, you cannot image how taking Watkins Linimax has helped me. I have osteoarthritis of the hands, wrists, ankles and spine, the pain had become debilitating. I had pain and stiffness so bad I could not turn the key in my car ignition or turn a doorknob.
